Di McDonald is famous for her special rhubarb and has been growing it for more than 16 years. Di believes in supporting local farmers and business around Regional Victoria. 

Di has been growing rhubarb for more than 25 years. However, her small business has really grown in the 14 years she's been selling her fresh and rhubarb goodies at farmers' markets. She produces sweet, red, juicy rhubarb (a different variety to what you find in backyards) from a plot of land at the Tahbilk Estate winery in Nagambie, Victoria. Not only does Di grow and sell her rhubarb, she keeps busy by making jams, chutneys, relishes and cakes using her rhubarb and other products.
